Granny's gone and done it again

Bronwyn kept getting worse. Now has a fever of 101 and the shivers. She'll take tomorrow off to rest. Maybe it will pass again overnight. We can hope.
Keep an eye on her! I got those uncontrollable shivers when I went septic and ended up in the hospital, nearly died. I didn't even feel sick, I was just so cold. It never even occurred to me to take my temp so I don't know what it was. Shivers scare me now.

In 15 years of chicken tending, I've never seen anything like it though. 🤔 And there was a similar big splat of it on the concrete back steps. It was a big wet splat about 6" across. Again, very unusual. We start Corid in the morning.
Don't forget to add sugar, Corid tastes awful.

Let's see. We retired in 13/14. It took us almost 2 years to shut everything down, pack, haul it 151 miles to Missouri in 2-3 weekly trips.......that's 12 years ago now and I'm STILL finding totes I haven't sorted through.

God I hate moving.
Me too, started packing Dec. 12! Movers come Wednesday, at last!

She just came upstairs to ask if she could have some of my Ritz crackers. Of she can. Smart girl. She needs salt besides water. She'll have Austin get Gator Aid tomorrow. She said her fever has gone..down! Tylenol helped. Sge asked if i had gotten the mail yesterday. No. Said she had some type of cold vitamin coming. I offered to get it. Have to go a few feet down the road..more than that. She says..oh no...
I just went. It was there. :)

Add sugar to their Corid water? I've never seen anyone advise that before, thanks. How much per gallon? They drink out of 5-gallon buckets ...
Oh heck, I forget. Maybe ask Google? Or Casport Pony.

@casportpony, how much sugar per gallon to add to Corid water? @CapricornFarm says it tastes nasty and I'm taking her word for it, not tasting it myself! :sick I have 30 birds and they drink out of 5-gallon buckets.
