Shrek, you cannot blame yourself for other peoples choices in life. All you can do is try to make good choices for yourself, don't buy into their fantasy world and protect yourself. Not yet but I do drink it often. I like the Celestial Seasons brand Sleepytime Extra with the valerian for relaxing. I like to brew 2 bags at a time 1 sleepytime and 1 apple spice or peach. Right now I'm drinking apple spice.It's contagious! You guys been drinking Sleepytime tea?
