I guess Im going to the heart Dr tomorrow dirty. I can take a sponge bath but my hair is greasy. I just don't have that energy. Plus it isn't warm in there. Guilt.

Thank you MC that does make me feel a little better. Its an hr. drive one way. I'm dreading it for that reason. I'm supposed to have another appt Thursday w/ primary. I'm gonna call them and see if I have to go. I might because of meds. not sure. that's 45. min a different way
