The ER would put you in a knee immobilizer and tell you to stay off it, and ice it. Twenty minutes on, twenty off. You sound like me and Melissa, we be the Busted Knee Sisters now.

And Cynthia. I've felt like my knee cap has moved on me. No fun.
Both of my knees are bothering me now. Got the cortisone shots in both knees. Getting that gel next month. Insurance will pay for the gel by then.
Granny. Get that looked at. We know the pain.

Ugg, I have so many Drs and tests waiting on me. I'm gonna try and ride this one out. If I keep my knee locked when I walk its ok. Its just the getting up and down now. I don't think its anything as serious as all of yours. Shoot, maybe its sympathy pains.

Morning all, I didn't get much sleep but I got some. Naked people doesn't come on til 5pm today because of the puppy bowl. Its on a few different channels.
