I'm with you, @BigBlueHen53. No Alexa, no Bixby. Our phone has Bixby also but we have never activated it and as for Amazon Alexa, all it would hear is dogs barking, cats fussing at the dogs, us swearing at them all and I'm sure the cattle dogs could figure out how to bulk order their favorite treats and we wouldn't know until the semi turned up with a skid steer to unload the pallets.

I consider myself petty savvy technology wise but a body has to draw the line somewhere.

And @h2oratt hope your pain is minimal and you are safely home being spoiled senseless by your family.

Thank you for the welcome! We are also stubornly against all the tech beyond normal phone/tv/computer. We dont use Alexa or bixby or smart fridge ect, no smart watches even. The most we have is a Bluetooth speaker, a smart TV (they dont sell any other kind anymore ) and Bluetooth earbuds... and those are fancy enough for us. Beyond how uncomfortable it would make us we have too many onery littles running around! You might get a semi of dog treats, we would get one with bananas and chocolate chips!

The two favorite foods around here! I once brought home 3 full boxes of overripe banans I got on sale, I was planning on freezing it into gallons for future banana bread and smoothies, within 3 day there was only one box left!! At least we got a little banana bread!

We put the bananas in the freezer when they are getting a little on the too-ripe side (peeled and cut in half), they make great treats as is, like a popsicle. Cherries and grapes do, too!

We do that to sometimes, but they end up taking up too much room for very often. With 7 in the house just one for everyone takes up alot of the freezer! We love frozen berries though.

I have a huge bag of frozen wild blueberries. We humans eat them and I give them to my dogs.

Oh my goodness! Melissa came in from feeding the chickens and said there was a hen with a stuck and bloody egg. Between the two of us we were able to catch her, brought her in, gave her a Calcium +D3 tablet and have her here in the LR in a crate. She does not seem to be in distress. Maybe she's a little huddled. Any advice? How long before the calcium goes to work?
