Granny's gone and done it again

Went to the dermatologist yesterday, had a ct of my sinuses Monday. T today we went to the log cabin and I mopped floors, hubby collected stuff to take to the new house.
The propane tank is down to 20% left. Already! We just got it filled before the big ice and snow storm. It was $300! Today we burned wood in the woodstove so the propane didn’t have as much heating to do.

Morning all, I slept about 6hrs. with one potty break. Why does my bladder work good thru the night and not so much the day?
Night all

Pretty good day but neck is still major swollen. They put a drain in my husband neck all the fluid went in there.
Slept all day, ate some good fruit , mango, berries

What part of that soup that Robert couldn’t have?
The seasonings. It was full of "bits" like parsley, skins like green pepper, that sort of stuff. I know Robert eats rice on his taco bell food but I don't exactly know what's in wild rice.
H2o, I hope today finds you feeling better. Can you put heat on the swelling? Both you and your DH have gone thru some trials here lately.

I wasn’t quite satisfied with what I had eaten for supper so I made myself a cold burrito with what I had on hand.

Whole grain burrito
Cream cheese
Havarti cheese
Chopped raw leek
Salt and pepper
Drizzled with a mixed fruit infused honey.
I was delighted by the excellent flavor and it went down very well.

That’s where, about half an hour later, the pleasantries abruptly stopped.
My stomach felt like I had poisoned myself. I had shortness of breath and felt very nauseous, I needed to vomit, but I couldn’t.
I promptly took some chewable digestive enzymes to see whether they would counter the feeling, while I could tell they helped a tiny bit, it didn’t even take the edge off.
I drank a lot of water and that seemed to help the most overall .
I felt this way until about 1am.

Severe heartburn has been my companion ever since. It’s 6:00 am right now.

I’m thinking I might should have someone close by that can “monitor” my shenanigans so I don’t end up naively harming myself.
Offending burrito is pictured.

Today is the day after and I feel perfectly fine.

I'm betting it was the honey.

or.......

You have a touchy gall bladder and the fat in the cheese did not agree with it.

So are you going to experiment with that recipe again or is that one that you marked 'do not make' and filed it for future reference? ;) :th

I'm thinking the whole grain is the culprit. It didn't know what to do with all ofvthe other, stuff. 😁
