I don't use most of those! Except my cooking pans..I am afraid are aluminum. They are not non-stick, but they aren't stainless steel. One day I hope to go to only glass, stainless steel, and cast iron!! I do like to bake a lot in my glass pans though!

Nice quiet day here. Made it to 62 and the ducks are migrating overhead. So nice seeing thousands of them flying over on their way to their nesting grounds and I've been hearing robins for the past few days. Have to say that I love this time of the year. I go back to the woods and it's like nature is caught between winter and spring and holding its breath.

Didn't do a darned thing but lay around all day. Pi is outgrowing her splint. Need to call the vet tomorrow and get her in early to have it changed. Next two days are supposed to be nice so hope to get out and get some raking done if my biceps will let me that is.

My calprotectin levels came back very high which is an indicator of active Crohn's disease. I googled high calprotectin and the AI feature said 'I am an AI, not a Doctor'. Isn't that funny?
