There are so many other ways a person can show love. Remembering a date should not be a litmus test for whether or not a person loves you, IMO.

Finch, some of us are fundamentally incapable of remembrring dates. I know (and remember) the bithdates of three important people in my life: myself, my twin brother, and my son, who made his appearance the day after Christmas. My poor daughter was silly enough to be born on July 10, so on the 4th of July something ticks in my brain and says, daughter's birthday coming up and I go, oh yes, must remember. Then about July 12 or 15 I think Oh crap! Missed it again!

I had to ride once with a pastor's wife who had a calendar in her head and for hundreds of miles she regaled me with the birthdate of every person she knew, was related to, or had ever passed in her life, however briefly. I was ready to throw her out the window but she was driving.

I think I would of jumped out! I CRS Tom however was very proud of his young wife right up to the day he left me. He actually carried our marriage cert. in his wallet for well over 20 years..When he was in rehab they made him come out to the dining room to eat. He didn't like that but I walked in and he hollered out,"Thats my wife!" I will never forget that and if I somehow do then its my time as well.

Howdy all, I have been on this thing for a few hrs. looking for free legal help. There was a place in Madison that offered this but I cant find it. I have gave up. Also looking for the place that delivers meals here. Instead of getting up and finding the paper work which I think is on the table I wasted another hr. or so looking here when I don't even remember the name of the CO..
