Lol I guess its happy where it is? They seem to grow happily in small clumps were they were put here. I dug some up last year and moved them around, they had spread underneath, but only by a few bulbs per year in a tight clump.I have one daffodil here on 2 1/2 acres but it blooms every spring. lol Its been a good 10 yrs in that spot and hasn't spread yet. Funny thing is the danged things grow wild here. lol
Well... I'm getting 20s today and tomorrow .. I'm just in denial and ready for spring.Thats ok, Im just gonna assume your warmer then we are with the garden talk.
I'm sure they will be fine. Even if it gets very cold they will be ok. Stoma are bad things to get infected. DH needs the attention. We have a 9:00 appointment in Lancaster Monday morning. I cringe getting DH out of bed for the 21/2 drive but he has a laceration on the stoma and needs to see the hyperbaric wound center for the stoma nurse. Already saw the Dr. So I decided with weather in the 30s the chickens should be fine if I get us a doggy friendly hotel and drive their on Sunday. They charge $75 and free for the doggy's. Then it's just a 12 minute drive to the Dr in the morning. I couldn't get any other appointment
Guess if we get snow, I will give the chickens a large dish of snow in addition to their water.
Can't trust the weatherman
Thank you!Glad you got to play with your chickens. I know they love you.
