Caisin is the main protien in milk that actually causes problems in most people, you might try a 24hr cultured Greek yogurt. After 24 hours the probiotics have eaten all the lactose, and most of the Caisin, as a bonus it also leaves you with the enzymes and probiotics needed to digest itself. They have actually found they can heal lactose intolerance with "yogurt therapy" but it takes a long time, years if you have had it long or have it bad. Either way 24hr cultured greek yogurt is very easy to make, and full of probiotics, especially if you use at least partially raw milk.My brother has a dairy and has a lot of neighbors coming to get milk..I can't tolerate milk protein anymore. I want to try some stronger probiotics again. But they are so expensive. They were helping.. Just cost prohibitive.
(I have personally seen it "heal" lactose intolerance, and milk problems in babies)
