got the taxes almost done, just need to call my tax man and find out IF I can write off all the yak losses from last year.

One of the pup's managed to escape the box early this morning. Woke up to hearing a pup howling and Star in mild freak out condition. AND, I could have slept in today.

went to pay 1/2 of my property taxes yesterday(other 1/2 due in Oct) and the county auditors website said they were open. NOPE they lock up at noon on Fridays. So will go again on the day they are due. Plan on "informing" them they might want to change the website.
