Last night I had a weird episode, my heart started palpitating, I felt anxious, and my hands were shaking! Hubby said he has had those episodes before, and they don't last long. I really don't need another problem.

I have had a few of those in the last year, they are very disconcerting! I think mine might be from vitamin b12 deficiency, it goes with my connective tissue disease. I started eating kiwis skin and all and it went away. There are other vitamins that can be the culprit though, you may want to look into.

I think he had the flu when I did just not bad. He seemed ok last night.

Please get your heart checked out. It could of been a panic attack but like me, you just never know.
