Granny's gone and done it again

Have you ever tried just giving your carrots a good rinse and using your hands to rub the dirt off? I stopped peeling mine because they taste so much better w/ skin on.
I don't peel mine either. I'm always concerned about some sprays on produce to keep it from spoiling in shipping. I used to use store potatoes as seed potatoes. One year they didn't grow or rot in the ground all summer. I was told if you want to use store potatoes for seed, you have to use organic. Some brand won't sprout from the spray. Now I don't like eating potato skins anymore!
My sister worked in the kitchen at the local grocery store. She got sores on her arms from the spray they use on celery to prevent spoilage during shipping. She had to get prescription strength medicine to heal up her sores

Welp. I am on my way to the clinic. That uti quit playing games and jumped up and said Here I am, gal, you are not going to ignore me a minute longer! Melissa was determined to get me there so I texted DH just to let him know what was going on and he texted back, ok, on my way! I love this man.
Feel better soon!!

Hope they give you some good meds so you feel better soon.

I never peel them, the peel actually has extra vitamins too! Same with potatoes, although I do sometimes peel them for mashed potatoes.
I have to peel the taters. Chrons sucks. Hmm... Wonder if Robert could eat carrots if they were peeled? I fed him some when he was little (4ish) by telling him they were good for his eyes. He ate them so a while later I tried that again. " But mom, I already ate some!". sigh...

Thank you! Yes, picking up cefdinir even now. That AZO kicked in and is giving me some relief also, but I found out if you are going to a clinic and need to provide a sample, don't take the AZO ahead of time, it messes with the quick dip stick test they can do. Instead a sample needs to go to a lab and iit takes 24 hours.

That is something I would of never crossed my mind and scary as hell!

I actually can't believe the stuff I discuss on here with you guys, you're total strangers! But somehow you feel like a bunch of sisters sitting around a coffee table. People talk about the internet isolating people and driving them spart, but I feel like it draws us together. ❤️ At least it does here.

They just did mine and I was told that was fine. It showed the infection and all the others including blood. My pee was bright orange at the time. I don't understand.
