All DH cancer Drs are Chinese. They are hard to understand but When I googled them, they did lots of research and wrote many research papers. That is a sign they are very interested in there work and it's usually a sign of a knowledgeable Dr.

That is my one complaint with my gyno but all the others speak better English than me.
