I tried sleeping but I couldn’t really sleep or barely plus I woke up and it’s only around quarter to 11. I was really really hoping it would be a lot later by now LOL but anyways, the idea dawned on me to try a hot shower for the pain (body aches) etc. so I am about to do that now LOL

I take hot bath with Epson salts. Buy a bag at Walmart.
