@troyer , Are you familiar with a little wild flower we called birds toe? When I was little my GM sent me up the mountain side to collect them. We had them as wilted salad and what I remember is just how good it was. Today that's all I remember. Sure would love to have a mess of them
I have no idea.
We make a tincture out of these. Good for dissolving cysts.

Tums is calcium caltrate. It will work. Calcium citrate, as I understand it, works faster. And the calcium citrate has Vit. D which aids in the absorption of the calcium.
