Morning, How are you feeling? Still sore?

I ate at Dragon Buffet today.
It’s a combination of Chinese and Japanese food.
That’s some colorful dessert!
The pink dessert had an artificial strawberry jello flavor and the purple one tasted like a combination of licorice and black raspberry.

@Granny Hatchet. Ask around. I've put ceiling fans in, swapped them out. It's not hard. I bet you know somebody who knows somebody who can do it for you.

So I scored 30 pounds of All Trumps flour, It's high gluten which is why bread likes it so well. I keep it for baking my bread recipe exclusively and use just all purpose flour for all other baking.

Has anybody heard anything from @Rambling Iris?

This is twice the price I can get it for here. I don't know if you have any Amish around you in Utah but look for bulk stores and I'll bet you find it. I looked at general mills site and they say in your area epallet and food services direct have it.

This is Food Services Direct and they have 25 pounds for 22.95. I would think with the Mormon population and emergency food storage you should be able to find it.

They also sell a flour at the local store near me called Winona that they sell a lot of but I have never tried that one.

I've put them in as well and I remember how fine but not able and Robert said he has forgotten what he learned in the Career center
