I've only had one with yolk and it made the cutest little deviled egg!

finally got to sit down for a few. Still need to clean/scrub/deoderize the lobby. Pups are raising hell in the "night time" confinement quarters.

Thank you. I added an avocado to the yolk mix and had a little left over after filling the eggs. Made a good dip w/ tortilla chips too.

Had an interesting time with the bulls today. Tibbit's did NOT like the shot. Hay tried to get out the side of the squeeze chute BUT not before I got the hair sample and he got his shot as well. OH and he did manage to get out the side. Couldn't catch Speedy Gonzales (old gold's calf) so no dna or sexing or taggging. Picked up TWO more bags of puppy chow as they went through the last 30 lb bag in a week. Yuri got his "steps" in tonight as he must follow me back and forth as I transport the pup's. Lobby floor is sort of pre-soaking (the dried poo spots.
