Oh my lands! My mother collected mayonnaise jars bc she was convinced "they" were going to stop manufacturing glass. Also metal coffee cans, I have no idea why. And a forest of wire hangers ....

LOVE metal coffee cans use them to encircle tomato plants and IF I have enough, and peppers and most of the cabbage family. I also lay a circle of crushed eggshells around them. It does stop "blossom rot" on the toematters.
