Probably the repetitive motion of walking itself. Are you sure you don't have bursitis or tendinitis going on in that area? I think bursa is found mainly in joints so it would be tendinitis if anything. My shoulder MRI when they did it last year showed a lot of fluid in my joint which they said was indicative of tendinitis. Then last September I developed bursitis in my shoulder joint again and had to have it injected.It sure is. I think my walking is aggravating it. I need to walk of I won’t have any muscle mass left.
It gets really discouraging to find out that you had surgery to repair a damaged tendons in the joint and then the same joint is going to persist in having inflammation in it in spite of the surgical repair.
