I like all greens and collards......especially if they have ham or bacon in them!!

I have used smoked ham hock but I prefer just some bacon grease and salt. maybe fried bacon , taters and cornbread to go with.

I just realized I left my coffee cup at work when I left yesterday!!!!

I forgot to tell you all that when I gave my Assistant Manager a good bye hug she said What's yhis for. She didn't even know I was transferring....... A good example of how farked up that management team is....... I sure hope my next store is not like this.......
