x2. My OB prescribes the Zoloft and birth control, but I only see him once a year. He has no idea what I take (or don't) in all that time.

but shouldn't the list of meds be in your chart irreguardless of who proscribed them ??? Mos tof the time up here you don't even get to see a real dr just a PA and no red that is not a prince albert .
