Yep I do nightly, weekly, and monthly efficiencies and apartments, kitchenette and full kitchens.

the long you stay the cheaper it is and by the month I don't have to charge taxes which saves you another 9.5%

I just would need a micro. LOL oh, and a coffee pot

the biggest reason is Dickinson is now about 22,000 people and we have over 2,000 motel rooms. Why because the city fathers (idiots) didn't want man camps. and gee our 20 year boom the oil companies promised lasted about 4 years. Which is what I said when it all started.

could you make a living turning it into a womans shelter ?

Im here ! was watching that show. cracking me up. I will watch the rest later. My face needs a rest.

I have it open on another tab. Going to watch it later.

I still have to take pics of the seramas. The head cockerel is such a gentleman. Behavior reminds me of his grandpa the white rooster that got us started. Young as he is (8 wks???) he finds a yummy tidbit and starts calling everyone over for a treat. He keeps watch while the others eat and tries to break up squabbles, but just by stepping in between. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body, and has been the tamest friendliest boy from day one. The only bad trait is crowing.

Which he does joyously and frequently. There are 2 cockerels that I would keep just for their sweetness. The prettiest boy, looks like tolbunt coloring, is a spazzy scaredycat, but he's very pretty. I will wait until most of their male feather come in before I try to sell them. Or until the others start crowing. So far, it's just the dominant one that crows.
