haven't taken any yet I can deal with the pain for the most part during the day. But it (pain) gets really severe at night and then no sleep. Thought I would take one about 10:30 so I hope to be ready for bed by 11:30

did you see my post about them ? side effects ..

it's been raining /misting all day again. We need the rain just not sure how much we are acutally getting. although it is all soaking in.

No. Generally feels better in the morning. Walk very gingerly until I twist it wrong or take too big a step. I'm working on stretching it out very carefully too.

not spurs then . I agree with your diagnoses . planer fasiitis is very painful as well. but from what you have done i agree on a stress fracture. so knock off the stretching exercise and bind your foot with a couple few pair of socks or ace and stay off it. It wont heal til you do.
