Well that took a little longer than expected, had to get something to eat as I was about to keel over, with all the excitement of the chicken blanket I forgot lunch today :/

The coop location! It goes from the circle on the left to the one on the right. Ignore the two on the back. It's going to be 18 ft. across and 12 ft. deep. Enough room for 20 hens on each side plus a big porch down the middle. e

I'm paying attention to who's laying today: green egg is from one of the OEs! The other one is in the box straining quite a bit. Maybe her first? MAYBE I'LL GET TWO GREEN EGGS TODAY???!?!??!?!!?!

The polish seems to be fine now. Guess she was just enjoying the sunshine. I found the old black amerecauna. Soot's eye is BAD. I'll take a pic later so we can decide what to do.
