Neither of you are to blame. Grannys right. It was three days late and was peeping all the time. I really think that even if you didn't have a spoon of water in there that it would've happened anyway. The last chicks we bought had a little runt in the group. It peeped and peeped . the next day it was dead. The rest are healthy. Stuff happens that we have no control over. for you and your dh.
