I have to admit I have never had not seen a pig cooked like that and everyone that seen it has said yum but I just dont think I could it that with the head and feet still attached. LOL It just dont look like bacon or pork chops. Is the brain and stuff still in there ? ears and tail still on.

they do a chop before it is served so you dont see everything else. I know it can be hard to see the whole thing before you eat it.
 
why do they cook it with that on ? Dont it just take longer ? do they eat that stuff ?
Im not sure exactly.. I know that when you do it in skin it is so much more moist... but I dont know if they eat the other parts of it... if it were fish, i could tell ya that lots of people do.. not me, but lots of others do....

Usually just gutted.

At the house we live in now, we rent from a friend, they used to cook one twice a year.
