I know the zip should take less than an hour. Not sure if it's stuck trying to zip or just content with its beak out.

Zipping is about 30-90 min, but pip to zip can be 24 hours.

Thats a big enough hole you should be able to tell if its trying to get out or just kinda hanging in there resting ? hear any tapping going on ? Is it acting kinda frantic or calm ? all clues.
