I've just about stalled as late as I can, though.

How's life, Tip?
Life is great but I'm going nite nite now. Sorry your gut is in a quandary.

I can't tell what this baby is doing. Just nibbling at the shell and membrane, hanging out. I'm so afraid it'll be dead when I wake up.

I don't know what to tell you. Go with your gut.

Bubba came and woke me up because there's a chick! :weee The first merlerault. The membrane was dry on the one with the big pip, so I started zipping it. Broke the cap of the egg and pulled it open, but not all the way off. Then I cut the membrane until it pushed a foot out, and then I put it back. So if it's not ready, it will still be able to work/wait.

The merlerault shells were one half inside the other, and both halves were stuck to the polish egg over the pip. So I fixed that too.

Five other pips! :weee

The merlerault are out! See the shell in the back? It didn't finish the zip, just pushed through the hole I made for it. Maybe it was malpo?

There are 6 pips; the polish has a big hole like the merlerault did. I'm watching it. There are 9 still in the bator, but I only saw movement in 1 of them, and it still looks underdeveloped. So I guess I'm done adding eggs to the hatcher.
