I had stayed off it for a couple of days. Had to clean the bantam coop yesterday. I figured out that the shoes that usually helps the plantar fasciitis were NOT helping the pain now. Switching shoes has helped a lot. Only a little pain this morning. Not going to push it though. I'm sitting here in front of the computer instead of putting the groceries away!!

Just to rest it!! Being a good girl.

Well I washed my hands and got a cup of hot water and a sponge ready to assist the polish, then I heard thunder and decided to wait. Went outside to double check the feeders, came back and it had doubled its zip. It's making progress, slowly but surely.

I've got two zippers! That poor little polish has been at it over an hour, but it's still progressing. I'll just keep watching.
