It looks like excessive testicular development. It happens in ovary's of hens too. It leads to necroses from the enlarged growth pressing on organs and nerves. I would think the necrotic tissues and growths were testicles.

Wow, that actually make a lot of sense, they were the color of testes for sure, and he wasn't ever sick like if he had Mareks or some of the other "disease" causes for tumor growth that I have been pouring over all day.

I googled everything I could think of and couldn't find any information about chickens growing extra testes.

Yeah I was thinking either extra testes or the chicken is a saimese twin with underdeveloped twin. The tumor would have feather or beak growth though and you cut that open.
