14 eggs in the bator. 2 burst due to cracks during shipping. 3 hatched on day 21. Can anyone see what could have gone wrong with these four potential gals?

I notice a lot of liquid in that photo, which could indicate that temperature during incubation was too low / humidity was too high.
Things to consider:
Were they malpositioned? This definitely could have been due to the eggs being shipped/stored improperly.
Was the humidity too high during incubation/lockdown? This can cause problems, including too much fluid in the egg as well as limited air cell development. Speaking of which, were the air cells an adequate size?
Was the humidity too low at lockdown? If not enough, it'll be difficult to break through the shell.
Also, were there any internal/external pips?
Did you decrease the temperature by about 1 degree during lockdown? Decreasing the temp by 1 degree while simultaneously increasing humidity puts less stress on the chicks.
Was there proper ventilation/ were air vents completely open during lockdown? Hatching chicks need more ventilation/oxygen.
Were the chicks turned during incubation and did you stop turning them at day 18?
Did you use another thermometer and hygrometer to check digital display of temp/humidity levels?
