I left for about an hour this morning and she was perfectly fine. I came home to this, and my other birds are sitting in the run squawking. Definitely not predator related. House has blood splattered all over. It was my Minorca, Help please!

My guess is that your poor hen suffered a prolapse and then the other chickens picked and pulled at it. :hugs I'm sorry you came home to this. I'm sure it was unexpected. There is nothing you could have done to save her. Fortunately it is not something where the rest of your flock is at risk.
Thank you, I appreciate it. Do you think it could be related to the eggless egg i found the other day?

So sorry for your loss. A prolapse is something that attracts pecking because of the red color. Check your other hen’s vents, just to be sure there is not vent pecking going on. That can be due to overcrowding, too low of protein in the diet, and other causes. Vent pecking may lead to cannibalism. I am not saying that this is what happened—it probably was a prolapse that caused this.
