My only warning on buying Manuka Honey is watch for fakes. With it’s popularity growing and price rising people are passing off regular honey as Manuka.
It looks like Comvita is the "maker"...That is who I plan on buying from.
Is that who you buy from?

I’ve never bought Manuka Honey. I used sugar on my hen because of the location of her wound. I thought honey would melt and drip off.
I have a bee keeper friend to get local raw honey from. That’s what I would use if needed. He also makes bee propolis which is great for healing.
I have heard of fake Manuka and bee keeper confirmed it’s a problem.
