I don’t have chickens yet, but I am wondering if I grow real grass on the bottom of the run will the chickens poop fertilize the grass so that I don’t ever have to clean the run?

It depends how many chickens. We have a breeding/grow out pen that's 10' x 10' and with just 4 silkie chickens, it didn't take long for the grass to be down to nubs. I think this is one reason people make/buy those movable "tractors" or runs so as soon as they're killing the grass in one place, they move it to another.I don’t have chickens yet, but I am wondering if I grow real grass on the bottom of the run will the chickens poop fertilize the grass so that I don’t ever have to clean the run?
