Gray boxes all over

I think it might be my internet security program. It doesn't have an obvious thing to turn off for ads, but when I turn off "Block Website Tracking", some ads do become visible in some of the gray boxes, but not all of them. I think I may become a premium member. I've really benefited a lot from BYC over the past two years and it's probably time to give back.
