Gray egg white?

I hard boiled some eggs today and saw this for the first time. What is the cause?

How old was the egg? What have you been feeding your chickens?
 
Could that egg maybe have been fertilized ? I see something meaty looking there and maybe the extra iron from that made the whites turn grey ? Idk just throwing out some possibilities.
 
Looks like a double yolker with a meat spot to me. I usually pitch any that have oddities like that but that may be personal preference... usually the double yolkers I’ve gotten are quite bloody and I don’t like eating them, so I pitch them. Haven’t had one with gray egg white though. Does it smell funky?
