Hens are definitely grey (not sure if the one in the cage is hte same as the one not). My grey which iwho is a beautiful greyscale when her feathers are in condition desparately needs to molt--her feathers are as sun-browned as your photo appears

The cock looks splash with some other genes that give him some primary patterning. Hopefully Tim or Henk or Krys will chime in with some comments on that.

I have not had much luck finding a photo of a good grey cock or cockerel, but it should be patterned like a partridge, but with silver replacing all red & gold.

Looks to me like all of them are greys except the very first roo posted - he appears to be a splash.
