greasy eggs under hen!?

the eggs my Broody chick has been sitting on feel greasy to the touch is this normal?

I have been hoping for some chicks soon but not sure of the due date. been having trouble with Broody hatches not too successful

any help would be great!!!

Do you know how long she's had them? It's possible one cracked a bit.
