greasy looking feathers

Over the past couple of days one of our chickens, about 10 week old RIR had developed greasy looking feathers, some diarrhea and some what lathargic I guess. Still eats, drinks, does it's chicken stuff. Today 2 more are the same way.

Can an expert steer me to what this could be.

Thanks so much. We are up to 117 chickens in different age groups and I'd hate to have something wide spread.
