Great Ad on craigslist in Georgia

speckledhen, Run-a-muck thought maybe one of her statements could be taken for being rude. and she wasnt ( I mean this in a plesant way). I didnt even think about the coop needing disinfecting (that was a good point Miss Prissy) I wouldnt house them in that anyway it looks kinda small for 13 hens and a rooster. Or is that just me? Thank you for everyone pointing out things, Its always great to get an extra set of eyes (or opinion) on something.

Thats 12 miles from me ! With the rarity of finding live chickens of any kind around the Columbus area. Id totally hope on that if I had a truck, or maybe I put the chickens in my jeep and my dad takes his truck with him.

Sorry....I thought one of my posts might of made me sound rude, or arguative...I didn't want anyone to think I was....I still am calling myself cheap though...ahahhaha
Are you guys serious about $100 for a rooster, $200 for mated pairs, $30 for layers.....

holy moly I could never in my life pay that much. I think the most I have ever paid was $8 for a silkie hen. I must need to get out more often.
I have never paid $100 for any animal here on the farm. I don't just take any animal either. I make sure they are healthy, well cared for and as disease free as possible. I would most definately disinfect any building for animals I brought here. Heck we even power washed our barn(floors, walls, buildings, rooms, ceiling, etc. etc.) before bringing animals into it. And it was empty for 3 years. So we took care of more than just cobwebs...
