Great placr to be

I have been feeding her water with a syringe and then I read that someone was feeding their hen crumble in the syringe so I did that too after day 3. I was scared she was going to die without food. Then I read-dont feed while in shock. So I stopped. Still doing it with water/electrolytes. She's alert but sleepy and not moving. She's been pooping and I change out bedding but gave her an Epsom salt bath hoping it would be good for her. It's super warm out today and nice and sunny. I know there was 2 puncture wounds and with the bath, I saw on the very bottom, bruising I didnt see before. I think she is pretty sore there and I can see why she whimpers. At first I thought the only wounds were on her back and at the top of her leg--meaty part of the drumstick (lol, its the only way I know how to describe it)
I am basically forcing the water and did with the food. Do you think I should continue with the food? I grow worms for her and she did open for 2 but I forced open her mouth for 3 more. She would grab the worm and then just sit there with it dangling.
Yes I would continue with food, it will help stabilize her blood sugar. Get some Gerber baby food, it's loaded with vitamins, minerals and calories, very easy to digest. Use the syringe to suck it up. Gerber Apple is best. I'd give her 2ml every couple of hours, syringe this in small amounts at a time.

Ok, I've fed her and hoping that she responds positively to it. I just don't know how she can survive with such little fuel for her body. I'm still giving the water w/electrolytes. I gave her the Epsom salt bath and I think it worked against her and I feel bad. I'm trying to get her out of the shock as tomorrow will be a week. Seems everything I'm reading says their chicken was out of it within a few days. The first time she was in it, it was just that short of time. Although I'm trying to heal her, I hope I'm not messing things up for her. I hear her little language I'm used to here and there. She will let out a little beep or chirp and I know she's in there. I just want her to come back. I have her wrapped up a little more and its dark except for the heat lamp light. Thank you for being so helpful to us. I really feel I have someone or some place to turn to for support with my little 2 pound chickie chick Dresden.
