Great placr to be

@GENXShiloh thanks for the update! Glad she is feeling better and getting her appetite back! ❤ As stated above, I too worry about infection, you might start her on Amoxicillin just in case. Puncture wounds can be deadly. The yellow skin could indicate infection.

No doubt this may take a couple of months to completely heal.

Kind of hard to tell what we're seeing there. Are the wounds scabbing over? The discoloration could be bruising. Are you keeping the wounds coated with antibiotic ointment like Neosporin so they won't dry out? Be sure to use the Original formula, that does not contain pain reliever, I understand the pain reliever is toxic to chickens. If she can't walk, how is she moving around?
On that part of her there is no real puncture, let say from a bite. It seems to be sore in the area with some sort of bruising but yellow in color. She is scabbing in the area of the bite wound. I have been spraying vetericyn on it. Two wounds plus the above pictured wound. She is moving around the area I have her in, meaning she is moving from where I've last seen her in. I guess I didnt say that very well. I get her out to do a little feeding because its too hard doing it while she's in the tub. I place her on my lap, feed her and clean her up some, apply that spray. When I put her back in, she has to stand and she will limp and do a little moving around and then get close to the side of the tub, and plop down. Some times when I come back she will be in a different spot.

I have that in 500 mg. Can I administer that to her? Mix it with h20?

I'll go try find the dosage that @casportpony got or maybe she can tell you but I know it's no more than 250 mg. It goes by weight if I recall. It won't mix in water well, so I'd just try get her to swallow the half or quarter of that pill.

Here is the dosage per Poultry DVM.

Here's the post from Casportpony. It's for 7-10 days.
