My neighbors had a Pyrenees for a pet (not for livestock or chickens). He was around a year old, and I was concerned for my flock (I knew they needed to be trained around chickens). But all sweet Spotty did was sit outside their fence and watch them! He's no longer with us due to a rainy night and a speedy driver. There's not a day I do not miss him. When I get goats, a Pyrenees will definitely be an investment to go with them!

mine are never Golden Retrievers

Barely anyone around here owns goldens. Its all labs or mixes
