Hey everyone. I have a great pyrenees that aggressively protects our goats and chickens. I have him in a fence in lot with a 5 ft fence. This is nothing if he wants out he is going over it. I know a great pyr fur will keep a electric fence from skocking him. But I will be starting from the top of t post and ill have a 3 strained fence working down the t post. Im thinking when his head nose etc hits the fence it will stop him from going over as his head hair isnt and long or thick. What is your thoughts on this??

I think you treat him like a bear or a moose.....

For them you bait the fence, smear the bait on some tin foil that is crumpled around a hot wire. That way the animal is guaranteed to get his tongue or nose on the bait and get shocked.

You should have to bait the fence only once.
