They seem durable. Pricey though - 3kish before shipping. I get the convenience of putting something like that up in a day, but you could build a monster coop - even one that's mobile for half that; or take the 3k and build the coop of your dreams.

They're not for everyone, but for those who go for it, it is definitely worth it.

I think I remember a post a while back from someone who had one of these or very similar. They had lost their whole flock in a single night and after only having them in there for a short while. The side walls are only 4 feet high so really the only thing between the birds and predators is the plastic. Something(s) ripped in and got all the birds.

They're not going to protect against everything of course. Nothing that is light enough to move easily will do that

An electric fence can be put up around it. It can be electrified as well. As far as I know, there are very few problems like that with them.

The fact you provide the animals in the cackellac with fresh grass every time it is moved is worth any potential risks with predators. My broilers are in one now and no one is having a better time than them!
