But apparently this is basically a grouse that is "chicken-like".

idk what it is related to cuz chickens are originally from Asia and the Prairie chicken if found in north america prairies i wonder id it is some sort of turkey

They are part of the same family line, Aves but in a different family group order within Aves. The Prairie chicken are essentially a Grouse bird.

I call ravens Prairie chickens.
