Maya played with her food, watching the other campers. The McLaughlin girls were sitting at the Aphrodite table, talking with their siblings about shoes and hair and other things, Astrid and Gretchen letting out their girly sides, Stefania without even trying. Sam was acting dark and mysterious (again) while sitting at the Hades table. Apparently, spilling his secrets did nothing for his attitude. (As far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong.) Thankfully, Phoenix had a table to herself, or else her wings might have knocked someone over. Faith was late (for the millionth time) and satyrs were feasting on tin cans. (Ew.) But the one thing almost everyone seemed to have in common was excitement for tonight.

Faith was DYING to go sit with someone else. Particularly Maya. Or people at the Aphrodite table. Maybe talk to Phoenix about how it is to fly, or even ask the satyrs why on earth they like to eat cans, she would even enjoy Sam's company-- ANYTHING!! She normally didn't mind her solitude-ness at her own table, but tonight was bugging her. She noticed for the first time that mostly everyone had someone to talk to-- except for the people that weren't very social, and Faith was very social. She needed to let out her excitement! Stupid rule. She thought. I'm- I'm just gonna do it. Faith dropped her fork, food flipping up in the air, she pushed back her bench noticing everyone was slowly starting to realize what she was going to do, and plopped right next to Sam at the Hades table. "Hey." she said. "What's going on? I am SICK of that rule that you have to stay at your table and you can't socialize. It is STUPID. So, I decided to break it."

"So who's up for the game tonight?" said Maya, "HEY! ANYONE WANT TO COME OVER!?!" She turned to Faith and Sam, "Who would have thought the Hades table would be party central? How about you, Sam? I'm surprised you haven't broken out the streamers yet."
