Maya rushed over, "What's wrong?"

"it's nothing, just an old injury I aggravated." he said through gritted teeth, obviously in intense pain.

Sam looked at her, and attempted to nod hello.

Maya grabbed him some nectar, "How did you get it?" she asked, pouring a small amount of nectar on his leg. "Hi, Faith."

He say up slowly. "sorry about that. I got it as a kid, when lyacon cut my mom and sister's heads off. He didn't kill me, but he left me with this so that I couldn't protect them." he said, lifting his shirt and showing his back. His bdy was perfect, well muscled but lean and strong. He had a stunning physique, but across his back from left shoulder to right hip, was a massive, white, jagged scar. It almost looked like he had been cut in half.

Faith gasped, catching her breath. "Oh my gosh!!!" she said, clutching her drawstring bag. "How old were you?" Faith's eyes were big with sorrow for Sam.

He let his shirt fall down, covering the scar. "I'm not really sure, but about twelve." he said, unhappiness in his eyes.

"Why leave you alive?" Maya asked.

"he wanted a male heir, I guess. If I ever get the chance, I'll kill him slowly." he said matter of factly.
