Ok, so here's the deal. I canned some green beans from my garden last night, usually have no problems. HOWEVER when I got home and put them in the pressure canner I fell asleep and they were probably in there about 10-15 mins too long, yay mushy green beans...THEN they didnt seal

, so I put new lids on and stuck them back in so theres 25 more mins. This makes me very sad because they will probably have a disgusting texture

...what can I do with them? Green bean casserole?

I would feed them to the chickens if It was me. Hopefully you have a good enough crop that you can make up for the loss with later pickings.

My honey wont let me toss them (what I wanted to do in the first place), he said theyll be fine, but I know theyll be all mushy and gross.

I got this from a friend i have been using it for years. 1/2 cup white vingar ,1/2 cup of uniodized salt, gal of water to make the brine. Bring it to a boil, put a gal of green beans. Boil for 10 min. get your jars hot and lids. put your brine and beans in jars and put lids on and wait to hear them pop and cool.

when you used then drain and rinse bring to a boil lid off for 5min drain again. then start your cooking with your season. I use onion, bacon and chicken or beef herb ox sodium free , gluten free no msg seasoning packets for flavor.

I would open a jar and try them then, but I'm pretty sure you are right about them being mushy and gross.
